Lance Pittman, President
Lance Pittman is a Senior Recruiter at McLaren Macomb Medical Center, primarily responsible for nurse recruitment and other critical specialties within the hospital. A previous Community Liaison and Recruiter for St John Health, prior to coming to McLaren, Lance has been in Human Resources for over 20 years and also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member for Workforce Development at Macomb Community College.
Lance is a veteran of the United States Air Force holding various positions in recruiting including Training Manager and Chief of Officer Recruitment.
A Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Management Academy, Lance also holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Human Resources, Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership.
Chontelle Glenn, Vice President
Chontelle Glenn is a Recruiter and Staff Consultant at St. Joseph Mercy Health System-Ann Arbor. Her primary recruitment areas include all levels of Nursing, Social Work, Case Management/Utilization Review and Telemetry. Prior to working in the Human Resources (HR) field, Chontelle worked for over 15 years in Social Work for child welfare agencies. She has worked in management for foster care, adoption and recruitment/licensing departments. She later transitioned to become a Healthcare Recruiter and has been a Recruiter for almost seven years.
Chontelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work/Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University, a Master of Public Administration with a Non-Profit Leadership Certification from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Human Resource Management from Marygrove College. Chontelle is also Certified Recruiter through the Recruiter Academy.

Katina Johnson is a Talent Selection Specialist with Henry Ford Health System.
Mary Legette, Treasurer
Mary Legette is a Human Resources Consultant at St. John Providence Health System - Providence Hospital (SJPHS). In her consultant role she partners with Nursing Leadership to ensure effective administration of Work Life Services programs including the performance management processes, coaching and mentoring, training and development, process improvement initiatives and performance counseling, as well as, providing educational support for these programs. In addition, Mary provides counseling for associates of SJPHS on education, career development and conflict resolution. Prior to her consultant role, she held the position of Recruiter for all specialty areas of nursing and continues to act as a business service partner for recruitment.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and has over 20 years of Human Resources experience.
Kristine Zalupski, Secretary
Kristine Zalupski is a Senior Employment Specialist for the Karmanos Cancer Institute, responsible for filling mid-level, nursing and professional positions. She has additional healthcare experience at Oakwood Healthcare where she filled union and non-union Allied Health positions. Prior to her healthcare experience, she worked as an HR Generalist for The Observer & Eccentric Newspapers.
Kristine holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and completed her Masters of Science Administration in Human Resources from Central Michigan University as well.
